Your Role
Bring the client. Lead the production. We’ll handle the rest.
Your job is to secure the client and steer the project — with as much creative or logistical input as you prefer. From crew and gear to scheduling, contracts, and execution, we’ve got your back. Stay focused on producing great work while we handle the heavy lifting.

Dedicated conference room ideal for client meetings
Camera, lighting, and grip packages available in-house
Crew coordination support (if you want it — or bring your own)
Branded deck, budget template, and optional pitch webpage
W-2 payroll processing and production insurance
Commission Structure
For Production Projects:
10% commission on the total net project fee (paid after cleared payment)
Full-rate day pay if you’re also producing
For Studio-Only Rentals:
20% commission on your first referred studio rental
Applies only when the client rents the studio without booking production services
Example Earnings
A brand needs a 2-day shoot. You refer the client and stay on as producer.
Total project budget: $67,500
Your referral commission (10%): $6,750
Directing fee (4 days @ $1,200): $4,800
Total earnings: $11,550
*Crew fees vary by project, scope, and budget.
