Your Role
Secure the client. We handle production.
Your job is to find and close clients — whether they need a full production or just a studio rental. We manage the crew, gear, scheduling, contracts, and execution. You focus on building relationships and earning commission.

What We Provide
Fully equipped studio with cyc wall and client-ready amenities
Dedicated conference room for walkthroughs and meetings
In-house camera, lighting, and grip packages
Crew coordination, W-2 payroll, and production insurance
Branded pitch deck, budget template, and optional custom pitch webpage
Commission Structure
For Production Services:
10% commission on the total net project fee (paid after cleared payment)
Optional: $600/day Associate Producer rate if you stay on the project
Studio Rentals
50% commission on on first-time client rentals
20% commission commission for repeat rental clients
Applies to studio-only bookings (no production services)
Example Earnings
You refer a 2-day shoot.
Total project budget: $67,500
10% referral commission: $6,750
4 days as Associate Producer @ $600: $2,400
Total earnings: $9,150
