Industry Standard Baseline

Labor & Overtime: Daily rates are based on a 10-hour day. Overtime is typically billed at 1.5x hourly after 10 hours and 2x after 12 hours.
Kit Fees: Listed kit fees are flat daily rates. Gear rental is not subject to overtime multipliers.
Business Relationship: All bookings, insurance requirements, and payments are handled directly between the Producer and the DP.
