Creator’s Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Go Bold Studio ("Studio") and the undersigned individual ("Member") as of the date of acceptance.
1. Membership Terms
The Creator’s Membership is a month-to-month agreement.
Membership includes access to discounted studio rental rates, conference room use, and additional benefits as outlined in the selected membership tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum).
This is not a lease or sublease agreement and does not constitute exclusive access to the studio.
2. Discount Benefits
Discounts apply only to eligible services listed under the member’s active tier.
Discounts do not apply to subrented or third-party equipment.
Membership must be active at the time of the scheduled booking for discounts to apply.
Discounts do not apply to additional crew, props, or outside services unless explicitly included.
All equipment and studio space is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
3. Payment Terms
Membership dues are billed on the 1st of each month and cover that calendar month.
Payments are non-refundable once processed.
Failure to pay by the 7th of the month may result in suspension or cancellation of membership and benefits.
4. Booking & Access
Members may reserve time via the online booking system or by contacting the Studio directly.
Bookings made under a membership must take place during an active membership period. Retroactive discounts will not be applied.
Platinum members may book up to 60 days in advance, Gold and Silver members may book up to 30 days in advance.
All bookings must comply with studio policies and operating hours.
Bookings are for the member’s use only and may not be resold, transferred, or shared without written permission.
5. Cancellation & Termination
Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No future charges will apply. Partial-month refunds are not issued.
The Studio reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time with 30 days’ notice, for any reason.
The Studio may also terminate a membership immediately for:
Late or missed payments
Violation of studio rules or safety policies
Abusive, disruptive, or unprofessional conduct
Misuse of booking privileges
No refund will be provided for terminations made for cause.
6. Liability & Conduct
Member agrees to conduct themselves professionally and follow all posted studio rules and safety guidelines.
Member is responsible for any damage to equipment, facilities, or property caused by themselves or their guests.
The Studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
7. Membership Limit
Creator’s Memberships are limited to 10 active members at any one time.
Access to the Creator’s Membership is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
8. Changes & Modifications
The Studio may update this agreement or adjust membership benefits with 30 days' notice.
Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

5 conference room sessions per month
Book up to 30 days in advance
Platinum (50% Off)
50% discount on all studio rentals
Unlimited conference room use (in 3-hour blocks)
Book up to 60 days in advance
