Grip Truck Packages
Grip truck packages are subject to availability. Rates are based on a 10-hour day and are subject to crew overtime stipulated in the rental contract. Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Equipment & Vehicle Insurance Requirements
When renting equipment or vehicles, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be required. Below are the specific requirements that must be met to ensure full coverage. View a Sample COI Here
General Liability: Your liability insurance must cover at least $1,000,000 per occurrence. CMO Visual LLC DBA Go Bold Studio must be named as "Additional Insured".
Auto Liability: For specific truck packages, Hired & Non-Owned Auto Liability ($1,000,000) is required. This applies to all 3-Ton rentals and select dry-hire vehicles.
Equipment Coverage: This must cover the Replacement Cost of all rented equipment. CMO Visual LLC DBA Go Bold Studio must be listed as "Loss Payee". Your COI must state the Rented Equipment Policy or Inland Marine Policy with amounts and deductibles listed.
Unattended Vehicle Theft Exclusion: The “Unattended Vehicle Theft Exclusion” will not be accepted. Your provider must confirm coverage for equipment lost, stolen, or damaged while in an unattended vehicle.
Waiver of Subrogation: All policies must include a Waiver of Subrogation in favor of CMO Visual LLC DBA Go Bold Studio.
Global Coverage: Required only for equipment taken outside of the United States.
Tax & Rates
All rentals are subject to a 7% sales tax unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is provided. Listed rates apply to single-day rentals and are subject to change without notice. Invoiced rates supersede any rates published on this website.
