The Challenge
Documenting the launch of Robinhood Legend at Hood Summit 2024 required a high stakes production strategy. The scope of work began before we even arrived in Miami, as we were tasked with building graphics and motion assets prior to the event. On location, the primary hurdle was securing clean, focused coverage of CEO Vlad Tenev while also capturing the scale and energy of the live audience, all under a strict overnight deadline.
The Execution
After completing the pre-event graphics build, we deployed a targeted field production and on-site editing team to the summit. By shooting the dress rehearsals with Tenev, our team was able to build a rough cut prior to the actual keynote. During the live event, we captured the wider audience reactions and cut them straight into the existing timeline. This head start was crucial for managing the fast paced schedule, enabling our on-site editors to execute an overnight turnaround and deliver a complete package for the immediate platform launch.
