Studio Rental Terms and Conditions
Booking & Payment
A booking is considered confirmed only after the booking invoice has been paid in full. Payment is required to secure your rental date and time. All rental fees are non-refundable once paid. A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Go Bold Studio as Additional Insured is required prior to the rental date. All bookings are subject to the terms outlined in the final Rental Agreement.
Full Day Rentals
Full-day rentals provide 24 hours of access from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM on your reserved date. Time ends when the last crew member exits and all personal belongings and equipment have been removed from the studio. Any occupancy of the space beyond the 24-hour window is billed at $200/hr (subject to availability) until the cost of an additional full-day rental is reached.
Insurance Requirements
All renters must maintain General Liability Insurance of at least $1,000,000, and must provide proof of coverage naming Go Bold Studio as Additional Insured for the duration of the rental.
Genie Lift
The Genie lift is available for overhead rigging exclusively as part of The Complete Studio Production Package. The lift is not available for separate rental or use with outside crew. This policy ensures the safety of all rigging and equipment is maintained by our approved crew.
Frequently Asked Questions
What’s included with a studio rental at Go Bold Studio?
All rentals include our 25×25 white cyc wall, green room, conference room, WiFi, parking, and a pre-rigged Arri S60 cyc lighting setup. Our mini grip cart—with stands, sandbags, apple boxes, and flag kit—is also included.
Is the cyc wall repaint included in the studio rental?
No. The cyc floor repaint is a separate $200 fee and covers the floor only, not the walls. The cyc is provided in “as-is” condition. We recommend adding a repaint for product shoots, high-visibility work, or any production that requires a pristine floor.
Can I check studio availability before booking?
Yes. Submit the form above with your preferred dates, and we’ll reach out to confirm availability and next steps.
Do you allow prelights or gear drop-offs the day before?
All load-ins, prelights, and equipment drop-offs must occur within your 24-hour rental period. If you require a dedicated prelight or build day, you must add an additional full-day rental (subject to availability). We offer pre-light discounts for extended multi-day rentals.
What time does a full-day rental start and end?
A full-day rental is 12am to 12am (a full calendar day). You may load in anytime within that window unless otherwise arranged.
Can we bring our own lighting, grip, or camera gear?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own equipment. We also offer a full inventory of lighting, grip, and camera gear available as add-ons.
Do you offer equipment packages or bundle discounts?
Yes. If you need multiple lighting or grip items, we can build a custom package to save you money. Contact us with your gear list for a quote.
Do you allow culinary or food-related shoots?
Yes. Our portable prep-kitchen setup includes a GE oven, range, microwave, and assorted kitchen accessories suitable for culinary productions.
Is parking available at the studio?
Yes. We offer free parking directly outside the building with easy load-in access for grip trucks and production vehicles.
What are your policies around cleanup and overtime?
Renters must leave the studio in the same condition they found it. Additional cleaning or repaint fees may apply if the space is left dirty or the cyc curve is damaged. Overtime is billed hourly and should be approved in advance.
